Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. In rare cases, it may take up to 7 business days. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Boxing Day or Christmas, as courier networks may experience delays due to increased volume.

Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, Mystery Jerseys is no longer liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Ownership and responsibility for the parcel are transferred to the customer at the point of shipment.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit by third-party shipping carriers. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, customs delays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to customs clearance, local postal service disruptions, or seasonal volume.

While we strive to use the shipping method selected at checkout, Mystery Jerseys reserves the right to use an alternative courier or carrier service if necessary. This may be due to service disruptions, cost-efficiency, delivery speed, or other logistical considerations. Substituting the courier will not alter your shipping charges or delivery priority.

Some shipments may include limited tracking or, in certain cases, no tracking at all depending on the carrier and destination country. Tracking that is unavailable, delayed, or does not update regularly does not constitute a lost shipment unless confirmed as undeliverable by the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we will provide support in contacting the carrier and supplying any necessary documentation, but we are not obligated to replace or refund the order once it has been shipped.
